We derive inspiration from the above shloka on hanuman. As bhaktas of Sri Ramachandra, we are always enchanted and excited by the form and feature of Hanuman. Thus we have planned the Panchamukhi Hanuman Temple, which is due to be completed in May, 2009. - The entire temple is to be built in stone.
- Expert stone carvers from Karkala, near Mangalore are working on the project.
- The temple construction is in strict accordance with all Sastras.
- The construction is being guided by Sri Parakala Mutt, Mysore.
- The temple will have a wide prakaram and will be built in Tamil Nadu Style.
- An expert from Srivaripattanam, Bangalore is building the vigraha.
- The 5 1/2 ft high vigrham is to have all the 5 faces of the Vishvaroopa each facing one direction.
- The five faces of Panchamukhi Hanuman are: Hanuman, Garuda, Narasimha, Varaha and Hayagreeva.
- The temple is to be built as a temple would be built in ancient times, with geometric precision and peetam touching the ground 5 ft below.
